2. Check All Parts
After opening the package, please confirm that all components are included:
a. Plastic drawer divider body
b. Curved silicone pads at both ends (end cushions)
⚠️ Important: Please ensure that the silicone pads are securely attached to both ends of the divider and have not fallen off or been lost.
If the silicone pads are missing, the divider will not grip the drawer walls properly and may slip or become loose. Please do not proceed with installation if any parts are missing.
3. Measure Your Drawer
Please measure the clear internal width of your drawer (the distance between the two inner side walls—do not measure the external width of the drawer frame).
This divider fits drawer internal widths between 10.5–16.5 inches.
Also, please confirm that the internal height of the drawer is greater than 3.2 inches.
⚠️ If your drawer's internal width or height falls outside these ranges, the divider will not be compatible.
4. Adjustable Drawer Divider | Illustrated Installation Guide
⚠️ If the divider feels wobbly or shifts after installation, it is almost certainly not a product defect—99% of the time, it simply hasn’t been installed correctly. Please follow the steps below for a secure fit.
Step-by-Step Instructions (refer to accompanying images)
① Hold both ends of the divider and extend it to match the width of your drawer.
② Push outward at the center overlapping section of the divider to press both ends firmly against the drawer walls.
③ Continue pushing outward until the originally curved edges at both ends become completely flat and sit flush against the drawer walls.
At this point, the divider is securely installed—there should be no gaps when shaken side to side, and the divider should stay in place even when pushed by hand.
FAQs
Q: What if the divider is still loose after installation?
A: This means the divider hasn’t been pushed to the point where the curved ends flatten out. Apply more force toward the drawer side walls at the center sliding section until both ends are fully pressed flat.
Q: What else could cause the divider to remain loose?
A: There are three common causes:
(1)The center sliding section hasn’t been fully extended, so the curved silicone pads are not pressed flat against the drawer walls.
(2)The silicone pads at one or both ends have fallen off or are missing.
(3)The drawer width or height is outside the compatible range.
Q: Can I readjust the divider position after it's locked in place?
A: Yes. Simply press the side button to extend or retract the divider and reposition it as needed.
Still having trouble?
No problem—it may be that the instructions aren’t clear enough for your specific case. Feel free to take a photo of both ends of the divider as installed in your drawer and send it to our customer service team. We’ll get back to you promptly to help identify the issue and provide one-on-one installation guidance.
